General

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 11/23/2017.

The following Terms of Service Agreement (the "TOS") is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Zippy Host, also known as Zippy Host, located at PO Box 128, Clearbrook, Minnesota 56634 and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of the Zippy Host website, which includes https://zippyhost.net, (the "Site") and its Services, which shall be defined below.

In other words...

Welcome to our Terms of Service agreement! This document exists to protect both you and us. By using our services, you agree to our Terms of Service agreement.

If you're like us, you don't always have time to read through the entire document. That's why we've summarized the key points for you, and will update you when any major changes are made.

Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your service in the first 72 hours after payment is received on our end, you have the option to request a full refund. Refunds MUST be requested via ticket, from your account. Simply creating a cancellation request will not suffice, as all that does is cancel any future invoices.
  • All refunds are provided either as credit or through the original payment method used by the client.
  • Once a refund has been issued, all services are rendered void and will be subject to complete termination.
  • Before a refund is sent, the client must confirm within 48 hours in the ticket that has been created by the client, otherwise eligibility for the claim has been lost and a refund cannot be issued.
  • Any client found to be creating multiple accounts to claim the 2 day refund will be denied and banned from future use of our services.

Chargebacks

  • If at any time a chargeback creates a fee for Zippy Host, the customer is responsible for paying the fee and may be billed for such. Unpaid chargeback fees may be outsourced to a collection agency.
  • Creating a chargeback voids all eligibility for a refund, and results in complete void and termination of the clients services.

In other words...

We can offer a full refund of the service you have within the first 72 hours of purchase! To claim the refund all you need to do is open a ticket and confirm within 48 hours for us to process it for you.

Opening a chargeback instead of going for a refund will not get you the refund, so please do not do so.

Data Loss

  • The client agrees to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Zippy Host's servers. Any and all backups services provided by Zippy Host, are offered with no warranty or guarantee of their date, accuracy, and integrity. Zippy Host shall by no means be responsible for data loss.

In other words...

Please be careful with how you handle your server files, although we do keep backups for you, we can't guarantee that they are the most recent and accurate for your needs.

Uptime Guarantee

  • We guarantee 99.9% uptime on our Minecraft hosting services.
  • When downtime exceeds the aforementioned guarantee your account will be credited for the time that you lost. The client must request the compensation via ticket within 7 days of the event.
  • Planned system maintenance or downtime does not count toward our uptime guarantee. Downtime can only consist of unplanned physical node downtime. The inability to connect because of the clients own connection issues is not our responsibility.
  • In the case that a planned downtime takes more than the planned amount,, the client is able to request compensation.

In other words...

We guarantee that your server will stay up 99.9% of the time you have it with us, although in the event that your server goes down, you are able to get compensated for it! Just request it via ticket and we'll be happy to provide.

Abuse

  • To report abuse on the Zippy Host network, email hello@zippyhost.co
  • Any abuse complaints regarding a service of the client will be forwarded to the client and will require immediate attention. We may suspend the clients services until abuse reports have been resolved. If an abuse is found in favor of the reporter, the client's services may be terminated without refund.

In other words...

You may email support@zippyhost.net if you suspect a client is abusing the network in anyway. If we receive a report regarding your services, we will try to resolve the issue with you, depending on severity we try not to terminate any services unless we have to.

Abuse

  • To report abuse on the Zippy Host network, email hello@zippyhost.co
  • Any abuse complaints regarding a service of the client will be forwarded to the client and will require immediate attention. We may suspend the clients services until abuse reports have been resolved. If an abuse is found in favor of the reporter, the client's services may be terminated without refund.
